[VIDEO] Cody Rhodes refuses to go backstage & teases a big future event after Bad Blood 2024 goes off the air

Cody Rhodes stayed out a little bit longer after Bad Blood 2024 went off the air, hilariously revealing that he didn't want to get beaten up backstage. Spending some time with the crowd, he made a major tease of a future event.

Bad Blood 2024 saw Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns pick up the win over Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, thanks to the returning Jimmy Uso. In an interesting moment, Jimmy and Roman Reigns also saved the Undisputed WWE Champion in a big character-changing moment. This was why Cody didn't want to go backstage as he joked to the crowd that he was afraid of getting beaten up by The Bloodline again.

However, Cody Rhodes also teased a major future event happening in Atlanta again - perhaps hinting at a future WrestleMania in his beloved hometown.

WWE last held WrestleMania in Atlanta 13 years ago, at WrestleMania 27. Unfortunately, it was one of the least-acclaimed WrestleMania events of the decade, although it did follow up with an incredible year of WWE programming.

It will be interesting to see what lies ahead for The American Nightmare after everything that has unfolded.

From the way things played out with Kevin Owens, it seems like he already has enough on his plate.
