Triple H, Nick Khan, and everybody else in WWE will be getting set for the new era as RAW begins streaming on Netflix in January 2025. Footage has now emerged from the first major game in the rumored venue for the first episode of RAW and it looks incredible.
WWE is all set to enhance the viewership experience as WWE's flagship show moves to Netflix, marking another major shift away from cable television in favor of streaming. The rumored venue for the first episode on January 6 - the first Monday night of 2025 is The Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. This was first reported on WrestleVotes Radio exclusively on Backstage Pass.
To give fans some context, it is the new home of the NBA side LA Clippers. The footage seemingly comes from their first home game in the new venue. Unfortunately for the hosts, the LA Clippers went on to suffer a defeat to the Phoenix Suns by three points in their home debut.

Why is WWE RAW two hours instead of three for the rest of 2024?
Several WWE fans are still getting used to the idea of a two-hour format for WWE's flagship show after over a decade of a three-hour runtime. The consensus among many is that the three-hour format is quite suitable for the show because of the stacked roster. But why did it revert to two hours in the first place?
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the original broadcast contract for Monday Night RAW was until October 2024. An extension was signed until the end of the year, but the negotiations ended with RAW only airing for two hours.
It is expected to return to the three-hour format when the Netflix deal kicks off on January 6. Because of the nature of streaming and less stringent factors like airtime, it is believed that WWE will have flexibility in making the show more or less than three hours.
