Vince McMahon claims he has no sympathy for people who want to retire; never wanted to

Vince McMahon shared his thoughts about retirement and revealed that he has no sympathy for those who choose to go down that path. The 79-year-old is the former CEO of WWE but departed the company earlier this year due to allegations of sex trafficking from a former employee.

The docuseries "Mr. McMahon" has been released on Netflix. Speaking on the docuseries, McMahon commented on the idea of retirement and claimed that he never envisioned himself doing it. He added that he never understood why people would want to stop growing, and noted that he had zero sympathy for those who choose to retire.

"Do I ever see myself retiring? No, I don't ever see myself ever retiring. I never understood why people stop growing. When you stop growing, you die. Some people are like, 'I want to retire one day.' What are you gonna do when you retire? I have no sympathy for people like that. So...go die," he said. [H/T: Fightful]

Former WWE writer claims Vince McMahon is innocent until proven guilty

Vince Russo recently commented on the allegations against Vince McMahon and claimed that his former boss is innocent until proven guilty.

Speaking with Dr. Chris Featherstone on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Writing with Russo show, the veteran shared why he was hesitant to criticize Vince McMahon. He noted that he had been contacted by media outlets to comment, but said he would not bury McMahon until the legal process plays out.

"I've been contacted, bro, by media outlets and news outlets and stuff because now the Netflix thing is coming out. 'Vince, we wanna interview you. We want you to watch it. We want to interview you.' And I'm like, 'Bro...' Chris, you know me, everybody's got a price, okay? But I make it clear to them, 'Guys, if you're just looking for somebody to come on there and bury Vince, I'm not gonna do that,' because, again, Chris, you and I have had the conversation, the dude is innocent until proven guilty."
