[WATCH] CM Punk saves Roman Reigns from potentially career-altering moment at Survivor Series 2024

CM Punk and Roman Reigns made it clear that they weren't exactly fans of each other, and they weren't going to have a meal together at any point. However, Punk saved Reigns in by far the most crucial moment of the match.

There was a bit of a tussle between Punk and Reigns, with The OTC actively prioritizing his other members, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Sami Zayn, over Punk. The Second City Saint told Reigns on SmackDown that he was owed a favor from Paul Heyman and that his relationship with The Wiseman brought him to that position.

Although CM Punk brushed past Roman Reigns to take the second-last spot in their team at the WarGames match and upset The OTC, he saved him from a career-altering splash from Bronson Reed. It happened in the nick of time, and it could have changed the outcome of the match.

Thankfully, this was the moment that changed everything as Punk and Reigns worked in unison. It was a team effort that saw every member hit a move on Solo Sikoa, with Reigns finishing him off with the spear.

After the match finished, they shook hands while Punk let Paul Heyman know that he would notify him when he wanted to collect what was owed to him.
