[WATCH] Cora Jade hits an insanely risky move in her first match back after 9 months

Cora Jade had her first back match in over nine months after her brutal ACL tear, which kept her out for almost the entirety of the year. In her first bout back, she made an insanely risky move, and it paid off.

The second match of the card on NXT Halloween Havoc saw NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez reform her alliance with ex-rival Cora Jade to take on the power duo of Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia.

In an incredible moment during the match, Cora Jade hit the Coffin Drop, which was made famous by Darby Allin of AEW. If you go back to late 2021 on Twitter, there's a bit of irony in her hitting this move.

The reason we say there's a great irony is that a fan once tweeted that he wanted to see Cora vs. Darby Allin in a "skating" match. Skating was a part of Cora's initial character, and Darby Allin is also a known skating enthusiast. He responded to the fan's tweet, saying that skateboarding is a big part of his life and not part of a "fake character for TV."

In a scathing response that was deleted, Cora sarcastically remarked that being a good human being "without abuse allegations" was a big part of her life and not just a character she played on TV.

It's going to be interesting to see the social media comments.
