[WATCH] Female WWE champion channels her inner Shawn Michaels; recreates iconic backstage moment

WWE legend Shawn Michaels was infamous for his backstage antics during his full-time career. Following last night's NXT show in Philadelphia, Roxanne Perez recreated HBK's hilarious backstage moment from 2006.

Over 18 years ago, Michaels was seen throwing a tantrum at his D-Generation X stablemate, Triple H. While The Game attempted to calm his friend, in a playful moment, The Showstopper delivered a Sweet Chin Music to Stan, a backstage worker, portrayed by the current NXT star Shawn Spears. What made this moment iconic was the WWE Hall of Famer's frustrated exclamation, "I just kicked Stan!"

At the NXT 2300 show held at the legendary ECW Arena, Kelani Jordan, Zaria, Jordynne Grace, Giulia, and Stephanie Vaquer defeated Cora Jade, Roxanne Perez, and the Fatal Influence members Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx in a 10-woman tag team match.

In a video posted on WWE NXT's X (fka Twitter), a visibly frustrated Prodigy delivered a superkick to Robert Stone, shouting, "I just kicked Stone!" This was a clear homage to Shawn Michaels' iconic moment.
