[Watch] Jey Uso makes his first entrance as WWE Intercontinental Champion

WWE Superstar Jey Uso has been on top of his game for more than a decade. The former Bloodline member has finally won a major singles title for the first time in his career.

Although The Yeet Master is one of the most decorated stars in the tag team division, he was lacking gold in his singles resume. On last week's edition of Monday Night RAW, Jey Uso locked horns with Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Championship and emerged victorious to finally add a major singles title to his name.

Ahead of this week's episode of the red brand, Jey Uso once again faced Bron Breakker during a house show in Columbus, Georgia, where the former Bloodline member retained his title.

WWE's official Instagram handle recently posted The Yeet Master's first entrance as the Intercontinental Champion, showcasing fans' incredible support for the star.

Jim Cornette is not a fan of Jey Uso's current character in WWE

During an edition of his Drive-Thru podcast, Jim Cornette said that even though Jey Uso was very over with the fans, he does not like The Yeet Master's current gimmick in World Wrestling Entertainment.

Cornette also mentioned that he was not a fan of Jey winning the Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker.

"I've got a lot of least favorites in AEW but I'm now officially declaring Jey Uso is my least favorite top guy gimmick in wrestling. It's all over but I hate it. I hate 'Yeet.' I hate that Ringling Brothers outfit he's wearing with 'Yeet' on his arms and flower petals on his legs and fluorescent blue all over. I hate his work which has gone to hell because of his hot doggery, which is not only over the top but also it seems to me to be hard to work with because the timing of his hot doggery is just a step behind the beat. I don't like any of this," said Cornette.
