[WATCH] Major Bloodline member introduces new finisher
One of the members of the new Bloodline introduced a new finisher that has not been seen on WWE television. Tonga Loa used a different finisher from the ones he used in his first stint with the company and in NJPW to win a match at a recent live event.
The Infamous began his wrestling career in WWE in 2009 under a variety of names and gimmicks. He made his main roster debut as Camacho, using a DDT as his finisher. He went to Japan after his release from the company, signing with NJPW and using the move called 'Apesh*t,' which is a variation of the Rikishi Driver.
In a video uploaded on X (fka Twitter) Tonga Loa was wrestling at a live event in England earlier this month. He teamed up with Tama Tonga to take on the Street Profits. He got the win after hitting Montez Ford with a new finisher, a Hammerlock Lariat.
Here's the video of Tonga Loa's new finisher:
Tonga Loa hasn't had a chance to use a finisher since returning to WWE. He hasn't been in many televised matches and the biggest win following his return was a ladder match. The last superstar to use a Hammerlock Lariat finisher in the company was Ariya Daivari. He used the move to get wins during his time on 205 Live.
Bloodline WarGames match set to happen at Survivor Series
In the closing segment of Friday's episode of SmackDown, Solo Sikoa claimed that The Bloodline will face the OG Bloodline in a 5-on-5 WarGames match. Sikoa then announced that Sami Zayn would be their fifth man, but he quickly turned on them to reunite with the original members of the group.
WWE has not officially announced the WarGames match between the two iterations of The Bloodline. However, with both sides having four members at the moment, it makes sense to have a 4-on-4 WarGames match.
With Hikuleo and Lance Anoa'i under WWE contracts, there could be some changes. Nevertheless, the buzz for Survivor Series has begun with the Premium Live Event scheduled for November 30, at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.
