[Watch] Real-life Bloodline members' emotional reaction to The Rock's electrifying return to WWE RAW on the road to WrestleMania XL
WWE recently released a "Behind the Curtain" documentary chronicling the chaotic lead-up to WrestleMania XL featuring The Rock, Triple H, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes. The hour-long film highlighted a heartwarming moment of The Great One interacting with the real-life Bloodline member Nia Jax.
On the January 1, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW, Dwayne Johnson made an electrifying return and confronted former star, Jinder Mahal. The two had a promo battle before The Brahma Bull laid the smackdown on the Modern Day Maharaja.
Following that, the 52-year-old legend hinted at taking "The Head of the Table" spot, previously held by Roman Reigns. This fueled speculation of a Reigns vs. Rock match leading into The Showcase of the Immortals before Cody Rhodes was ultimately chosen for the main event.
In the WrestleMania XL: Behind the Curtain documentary, WWE showed Nia Jax's shocking reaction to seeing Dwayne Johnson backstage before the real-life cousins shared a tight hug. The Irresistible Force almost broke into tears and told The Rock to have fun ahead of making a statement about The Bloodline's top position.

Former WWE star wanted to work with The Rock in the company
The three-time former Hardcore Champion Maven was a part of the WWE from 2001 to 2005. The 47-year-old veteran also had a major moment when he eliminated The Undertaker from the 2002 Royal Rumble match.
On an edition of Developmentally Speaking, Maven mentioned that he was going to be involved in a feud with The Rock. However, things didn't work out and the plan was scrapped:
"Something happened to me that he didn't like. I don't know if it was the writing or whatever, but he pulled me aside. He was going away to do something. I don't know if it was The Scorpion King or what. But he was like, 'So and so did you dirty here.' He was like, 'When I come back we're gonna do an angle together,'" he said.
On RAW after Mania, The Final Boss confronted Rhodes and praised him for winning the Undisputed WWE Championship. However, The Great One has promised to go after The American Nightmare following his upcoming return to the company.
