[WATCH] WWE star seen giving Dominik Mysterio an earful after controversial moment on WWE RAW
Liv Morgan retained her Women's World Championship against Becky Lynch on WWE RAW with some unintentional help from Dominik Mysterio. In the final moments of the show, Morgan locked lips with a confused Dominik. After the show went off the air, Michael Cole was seen giving the Judgment Day member an earful.
At King and Queen of the Ring over the weekend, Liv Morgan beat Becky Lynch to win the Women's World Championship. Dominik Mysterio threw a steel chair into the ring, expecting The Man to use it against Morgan. But the challenger capitalized on the moment and hit the champion with a DDT on the chair to win the title.
On WWE RAW this week, Becky Lynch availed of her rematch clause to challenge the former Riott Squad member for the title. The two competitors faced off in a Steel Cage match in the main event of the show. The match again saw Dirty Dom get involved and unintentionally help the champion. After Morgan kissed Dominik, Michael Cole was seen yelling at him, as captured by a fan in attendance.
Why was Dominik Mysterio at the King and Queen of the Ring?
The King and Queen of the Ring PLE took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia over the weekend. The city played host not only to the PLE but also to the episode of SmackDown ahead of the show.
Dominik Mysterio is a WWE RAW Superstar and had no business being at the PLE as he neither had a match at the event nor was he a part of the SmackDown show. Before the PLE kicked off, a backstage altercation between the Judgment Day member and Liv Morgan saw the former stating that he traveled to Saudi Arabia to ensure that the latter didn't win the Women's World Championship.
Dominik Mysterio has been loyal to Rhea Ripley since aligning with the Judgment Day. However, his recent actions have benefitted the WWE Superstar who injured Mami and drove her out of the title picture. The WWE Universe lies in wait to see how Ripley will react to the happenings during her absence when she returns.
