"We need medical" - Camera rushes to the scene after mysterious assault on RAW; Rey Mysterio was present

Rey Mysterio was at the scene of a major assault backstage on RAW this week. General Manager Adam Pearce and the rest of the LWO were also present as one member suffered a mysterious attack.

Backstage on RAW, Chad Gable was interviewed by Jackie Redmond amidst the fallout of the opening segment and match on RAW. Gable had a verbal altercation with Sami Zayn during the opening segment, and he sent Maxxine Dupri and Akira Tozawa away from ringside for not helping him. He then used Otis' help to beat the Intercontinental Champion in a non-title match.

While being interviewed, there was too much chaos in the background, and Jackie Redmond immediately cut it off and went to see what was happening. Cruz Del Toro was seen being tended to by his fellow LWO members, including Rey Mysterio. General Manager Adam Pearce was also present to try and figure out who assaulted Cruz Del Toro. In between the chaos, Pearce called out for help. He said:

"We need medical."

The LWO members were heard saying Carlito - who is now the number one suspect. This is because of his betrayal of Rey Mysterio and the LWO. In response, Rey would get Carlito drafted along with the LWO despite him not being a part of the faction anymore.

It leaves a lot of questions, but it's possible that Carlito was not the one who did it.

After all, it was The Judgment Day who Carlito had been seeking help from.
