"We're going to bring it back," claims Jey Uso ahead of WWE RAW

'Main Event' Jey Uso is one of the hottest acts on WWE RAW, in spite of the creative team's shortcomings with him of late. The former tag team champion has an opportunity to do something epic soon.

Jey has already teased a reunion with his former Bloodline stablemate Sami Zayn. They plan on challenging World Tag Team Champions Finn Bálor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day.

Speaking on the Fanatics Fest NYC this past weekend, Jey Uso recounted the many times Sami Zayn made him break character on live television to the point where he felt he was being unprofessional. There is a particular moment in one of their segments that became a popular meme on social media, in which Zayn says Uso just was not feeling very "Ucey," which made the crowd chant the same:

"We're going to bring it back, Uce," Jey said regarding the 'Ucey' chant. "By far, Ucey, that segment (was the most) laughing on TV. That was the most coolest and embarrassing moment for me. I didn't know what to do. It was fun."

Jey revealed that he does not watch any of his previous segments. He also admitted that it is hard for him to keep a straight face, unlike his younger brother Solo Sikoa:

"I don't like (watching it back). There were a couple of times where I was laughing on TV every week and then I started thinking to myself, 'I'm being unprofessional, I think.' I couldn't help it because when we're doing the shots, we're doing them live. They're counting it down, I'm just standing there, and I don't know what he's going to say. He's looking at me trying to make me laugh. My brothers too. It's real hard when I have eye contact with my brothers, it's hard for me not to smile. Solo can keep a stone-cold face." Here's the 'Ucey' segment on WWE SmackDown from October 2022:

After defeating his twin brother Jimmy Uso at WWE WrestleMania in April 2024, Jey Uso said that he hopes The Bloodline returns as a babyface faction with all of its original members.

Jey Uso still looks up to Roman Reigns after their WWE SmackDown run

The Bloodline reigned supreme for three years with Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, and Solo Sikoa as its members, while Paul Heyman served as The Wiseman. Sami Zayn was also part of the faction at one point.

It was Jey who first fell in line after he and Reigns wrestled inside Hell in a Cell at the eponymous WWE event in 2020. Uso was deemed the "Right Hand Man" of The Tribal Chief. By the summer of 2023, though, he ended his alliance with his family and walked out on them after failing to dethrone the "Head of the Table."

Speaking to Sports Illustrated after Roman Reigns made a huge comeback at WWE SummerSlam, Jey Uso revealed that he still considers Reigns as the best:

"There is no one better," said Jey Uso. "He makes it look so easy. I look up to him. He’s got this art form down."

Whether the original Bloodline reunites to take on Solo Sikoa's new rendition of it bears watching. Meanwhile, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn are reportedly set to win the World Tag Team Championship at WWE Bash in Berlin.
