"Well-deserved" - Triple H endorses 41-year-old star after huge SummerSlam win

Chief Content OfficerTriple H was the mastermind behind SummerSlam 2024, an event that saw a whopping four championship changes. It's very rare to have that much, so that means there were a lot of finger-pointing photos. The Game endorsed a 41-year-old star.

In the first of the five championship matches, only Liv Morgan walked out with her championship intact, and it wasn't without controversy as "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio helped her retain the title. One of the title changes saw 41-year-old LA Knight finally win his first title in WWE, becoming the United States Champion. After his win, Triple H endorsed him and called it a well-deserved win.

The Game stated that the win for The Megastar was "unbelievably well-deserved."

"What a ride it’s been for LA Knight. Congratulations to your NEW #USChampion on an unbelievably well-deserved championship victory at #SummerSlam," Triple H wrote.

It certainly was well-deserved for LA Knight, who had to overcome interference and brass knuckles to get the win. While he was a second away from losing, his perfectly timed BFT proved to be the perfect counter.

The Megastar has thrived in the Triple H era. One of the Game's first orders of business in his first few months was to change Max Dupri back to LA Knight.

For the first time in his WWE main roster career, he can call himself a champion. This comes as a huge relief to people who criticized Logan Paul for only having two (now three) title defenses.
