"Whenever he's ready to go" - Liv Morgan on retirement of WWE legend who picked up his 1000th win this year

WWE Superstar Liv Morgan recently shared her thoughts on a top name's retirement from pro wrestling. The star she talked about is none other than Rey Mysterio.

Many fans regard Rey Mysterio as the greatest high-flyer ever to grace the pro wrestling ring. He has done it all in the business, including a Royal Rumble win and multiple world title wins. Mysterio is also a WWE Hall of Famer. For those unaware, he completed a whopping 1000 wins in the company earlier this year.

In a new interview with The Schmo, WWE Superstar Liv Morgan opened up about Rey's retirement. When asked why Dominik wasn't allowing his father to retire, Morgan was confused. She said the following in response:

"Whenever he's ready to go. I don't think Dominik is holding him here by any means." [4:12-4:16]

Liv Morgan believes Rhea Ripley is obsessed with her

Liv currently holds the Women's World title Rhea Ripley once had on her shoulder. Ripley recently took on Liv with the title on the line but failed to win the belt that she had never lost in the first place. In the same chat with The Schmo, Liv said that The Nightmare is obsessed with her.

Here's what she said:

"You know what, I don't let her get too close. I think she's obsessed. I'm a little bit worried about her. I beat her already, twice. She will not leave me and Daddy Dom alone. So, I don't know what to do at this point. I'm not letting her close. I think she just is maybe still in love with Dominik, upset at me for stealing Dominik, and for taking her title, and for taking the Judgment Day. You know, I'd hate me too if I were her," Liv said.
