Which team wins it? Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair to lose their title at WWE Crown Jewel, predicts analystÂ
Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair are in their second reign as WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. However, WWE analyst Peter Rosenberg predicted they would drop the title tonight at Crown Jewel.
The EST of WWE and The Storm will defend their Women's Tag Team Championship in a Fatal Four-Way match against Damage CTRL, Chelsea Green & Piper Niven, and Meta-Four. Last night, Iyo Sky defeated Belair, Niven, and Lash Legend on SmackDown to gain momentum for her team ahead of the anticipated clash.
Nevertheless, Rosenberg does not see the former WWE Women's Champion and her partner leaving Riyadh with the Tag Team Title. Instead, the 45-year-old predicted that Legend and Jakara Jackson would dethrone Storm and Belair tonight in the Saudi capital:
"I'm a big believer in Lash Legend. I think this team is interesting, compelling. I don't think putting it back on Damage CTRL means anything. Piper and Chelsea are a fun tag team. They get a lot of airtime because they're entertaining. Don't think they're a title team right now. I could see the NXT girls getting the title," he said. [50:04 - 50:20]
WWE analyst Peter Rosenberg also predicted the outcome of Seth Rollins vs Bronson Reed
On his Cheap Heat podcast, Peter Rosenberg also predicted the outcome of another Crown Jewel match between Bronson Reed and Seth Rollins. The analyst claimed The Visionary cannot win the fight.
Rosenberg pointed out that Reed losing to Rollins in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, would massively hurt his character:
"The loss would be way more killer for Bronson Reed. He gets pinned by Seth Rollins, he can't show up on Monday and be the scariest thing. He just can't. He can't. That's the thing. So, like, to me, if Seth puts up a valiant effort but it's just too much, from a character standpoint the way I look at it is, 'Hey, there aren't a lot of Bronson Reeds.' You don't have to beat Bronson Reed again. You could become world champion and never have to beat Bronson Reed," he said.
It will be interesting to see if Rosenberg's predictions for these two matches come true.
