NXT will be moving to The CW Network starting next week, and tonight's episode was the final one on the USA Network. WWE NXT's official Twitter handle shared a heartfelt message addressed and received a special response from William Regal.

"I was part ( except for H’s family) part of the very begininging of @WWE ’s @NXT . I’m still involved but not as much as I was. Thank you to H, Shaun , Matt and everyone else that fought the fight of making a one hour program on The WWE network to traveling the world and making new stars and memories for the fans. It continues today. Doesn’t matter what the colour scheme is or was, or has been, we changed the Wrestlng world although few will want to admit it. It’s been the best part of a 41 year career being @WWENXT to the core," Regal wrote.

William Regal is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Development at WWE. He is one of the most respected veterans in the business. NXT is incredibly close to his heart, as he's worked on the brand behind the scenes for years. His son, Charlie Dempsey, also performs there as the leader of the No Quarter Catch Crew.
