Wrestling veteran weighs in on Randy Orton's recent heat with major celebrity
Wrestling veteran Konnan recently spoke about an alleged confrontation between Randy Orton and rapper Machine Gun Kelly. The two stars reportedly had an unpleasant run-in at SummerSlam.
MGK was at SummerSlam during Logan Paul's match against LA Knight. Later on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, the rapper spoke about a backstage incident from The Biggest Party of The Summer. The 34-year-old stated that The Apex Predator had been rude to him in the past, and he walked up to the veteran and cursed at him.
This week on Keepin' IT OFFICIAL 100, Konnan said it was not a good idea on Kelly's part if the rapper indeed confronted Randy Orton. The veteran added that since The Viper was a professional wrestler, he could have easily knocked out MGK if things had escalated.
"That's not a good move!" he said. [From 2:57-2:59]
Randy Orton reacts to MGK's claims on social media
Meanwhile, the 14-time WWE World Champion recently took to his X (Twitter) account to react to Machine Gun Kelly's claims with a 'lying face' emoji.
Later, the 34-year-old rapper replied to Randy Orton's post and claimed that the cameras were rolling at the time and that the latter should ask the Stamford-based promotion to upload the footage.
WWE Superstar Xavier Woods also weighed in on the matter. The New Day member claimed that if someone cursed Orton to his face, the person would not be alive to tell the story.
Meanwhile, Randy is set to lock horns with Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at the Bash in Berlin Premium Live Event later today. Will The Apex Predator end The Ring General's reign at the Uber Arena tonight? Only time will tell!
