Wrestling veteran on whether The Rock and Triple H's partnership in WWE would lead to AEW's decline
WWE has been at an all-time high over the past few months, heading into WrestleMania XL. Meanwhile, WCW legend Konnan spoke about AEW's current growth and whether The Rock and Triple H's partnership would affect the Jacksonville-based promotion.
Earlier this year, The Rock returned to WWE and added himself to one of the biggest stories heading into Philadelphia. Meanwhile, Triple H has made his presence felt on RAW and SmackDown before and after the two-night event in Philadelphia as the Chief Content Officer.
During a conversation on Keepin' It 100, Konnan and Disco Inferno spoke about the current state of All Elite Wrestling. During this, a fan asked Konnan whether AEW would decline further after The Rock and Triple H's partnership in the Stamford-based promotion. Here's what the veteran said:
"Absolutely not, bro. Hunter's been running this even before he left, and he's been doing a great job because he's a wrestler. I bet you anything." (From 1:30 to 1:45)

He also spoke highly of Triple H's work with the promotion as the creative head after Vince McMahon departed from the company.
Konnan on why leaving WWE for AEW won't work for popular real-life couple
Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins' future has been the talk of the town after WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia. However, rumors are circulating about their future, and it will be interesting to see if the power couple leaves WWE for any other promotion.
Meanwhile, WCW legend Konnan gave his take on what would happen if the two left for AEW. Speaking on Keepin' It 100, Konnan stated that moving to another company wouldn't work for the couple as the promotion needs to work on their product more than signing new talent.
"The problem is that if you bring in Seth and Becky, it wouldn't change anything because, at the end of the day, wrestlers are seeing that's where careers go to get destroyed or flounder. Very few careers have flourished, you know what I'm saying." [From 01:16 to 01:40]

It will be interesting to see when Lynch and Rollins return to weekly television.
