Wrestling veteran on WWE's improved production quality under Triple H's regime; comments on Kevin Dunn's previous work
The production quality of WWE's weekly programming has drastically improved under Triple H's new regime. However, fans have criticized Kevin Dunn's production work with the promotion. Triple H's new regime has implemented several changes to the weekly production over the past few months.
The changes have become noticeable, and fans and veterans have appreciated the improved quality in terms of production. Speaking on Keepin' It 100, wrestling veteran Konnan spoke about WWE's improved production under the new regime led by The Game. Moreover, he made some valid points and defended Kevin Dunn's work with the promotion.
"Bro, they've been doing some different stuff now that's really cool. Look, Vince [McMahon] was a genius, right? Now, Hunter [Triple H] came in and he has a different vision, but that doesn't stop all the things that Vince came up with and built. Same thing with Kevin Dunn; he brought them to another level that nobody's been able to duplicate. There were some people he probably trained that we're saying, 'Hey, if he leaves, we got some different ideas because people get set in their ways because it works!' So you can't bury Kevin Dunn for that," he said. [From 4:22 to 5:40]
Triple H introduced new titles on WWE RAW and SmackDown
Triple H's regime changed the landscape of WWE after the weekly product suffered under Vince McMahon's regime. The lack of creativity and repetitiveness made fans turn away from the company.
Last year, The King of Kings introduced four new titles, two titles for both divisions and brands, respectively. Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, and Asuka received new titles when they were champions.
Earlier this month, the company decided to split the Undisputed Tag Team Title and make them brand-exclusive after the two-night event in Philadelphia, where A-Town Down Under and Awesome Truth won the Six Pack Ladder match.
Later, Triple H, alongside Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis, did the honors of introducing new tag titles on RAW and SmackDown. The red brand's Awesome Truth received the World Tag Team Championship, and the blue brand's A-Town Down Under got the WWE Tag Team Title.
