WWE has already committed a major mistake with Jimmy and Jey Uso's blockbuster reunion, says legend

A wrestling veteran has pointed out a booking misstep WWE had made with the reunion of The Usos. Tommy Dreamer believes the promotion should have let the storyline of Jimmy and Jey resolving their issues play out for a bit longer.

Fans have been on the edge of their seats as Roman Reigns, Jimmy, and Jey Uso came together in the last few weeks to take on Solo Sikoa-led Bloodline. Though the trio fell short of winning their match at Crown Jewel 2024, their renewed alliance has been further strengthened by including Sami Zayn.

The former Intercontinental Champion is expected to appear on this week's SmackDown and have a heart-to-heart with Reigns, whom he accidentally kicked at Crown Jewel. On a recent edition of the Busted Open After Dark podcast, Tommy Dreamer mentioned one aspect of this epic storyline that left him slightly underwhelmed.

Dreamer firmly believes WWE should have let Jimmy and Jey's reunion be a slow burn rather than accelerating things in time for the Riyadh premium live event.

"I personally feel that they united The Usos too soon. I wish I would have seen this drawn out more, but we're here," Dreamer said. "And it's not my job to say, 'Well, my idea is better.' I just personally would have liked to see it because I felt there was more drama to it. But we're here and that's probably because of Crown Jewel why we're going to be here." (H/T - WrestlingInc)

Sam Roberts on Sami Zayn potentially betraying The Usos and Roman Reigns in WWE

On a recent episode of his NotSam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts speculated about The Great Liberator's alliance with the OG Bloodline in WWE.

The RAW Talk host pointed out that though it was unlikely, it could be fun to see Sami Zayn betray Roman Reigns and The Usos to embrace his dark side.

"It's just fun that we can speculate about that. The idea that there was a moment where we could picture Sami Zayn being a villain, to me, was so fun. So, yeah, I don't think he's gonna turn on the OG Bloodline. I think we're gonna get the moment that we want, but the idea that it's possible and that we're giving the characters involved enough motivation to be suspicious, I think is a great TV, compelling TV," Roberts said.

WWE has been one step ahead of fans throughout the Bloodline saga, and it's safe to assume that Triple H and his team could have some surprises up their sleeve in the coming weeks.
