WWE announces a major championship match for next week's RAW

WWE has announced that the Intercontinental Championship will be defended next week on RAW. Bron Breakker will put the title on the line against Ludwig Kaiser.

The two stars faced each other in a Triple Threat match for the coveted title at Survivor Series, which also included Sheamus. Last week on the red brand, the Imperium member confronted Breakker and told him that since he put an end to The Celtic Warrior, nothing was stopping him from getting the title.

Bron Breakker then asked Ludwig Kaiser if he was challenging him. On the latest edition of RAW Talk, WWE confirmed that the match will take place next week on the red brand.

Bron Breakker was approached backstage on RAW Talk to share his thoughts on the announcement. Before he could speak, Ludwig Kaiser showed up and started clapping his hands. He congratulated the champion for doing a great job of trying to get under his skin last week when he said Gunther's stocks were tanking.

Bron responded by saying that he wasn't worried about Gunther's watchdog. Kaiser did not appreciate that, and he proceeded to slap Breakker.

It'll be interesting to see who will walk out of Boston next week on WWE RAW with the Intercontinental Championship.
