WWE champion teases massive heel turn after Randy Orton's advice & getting slapped on recent show
WWE often provides a platform for superstars to experiment with both babyface and heel personas, offering fans a chance to witness their versatility. One such star Nathan Frazer, who was slapped on this week's NXT, has hinted at a potential change in his character.
Randy Orton appeared in a backstage segment with the reigning NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom on the October 8, 2024 episode of NXT. Known for his often villainous persona throughout his WWE career, The Viper suggested that Frazer might benefit from occasionally tapping into his darker side.
Well, The Prodigy of Pro Wrestling heeded the advice of Orton and confronted Je'Von Evans backstage on the October 22, 2024 episode of WWE NXT. Frazer's trash talk towards Evans backfired, resulting in a slap from The Young OG.
On X (formerly Twitter) one-half of the NXT Tag Team Champion teased a potential heel turn by stating Je’von Evans is overrated and has been given too many opportunities. Nathan Frazer described The Young OG as a petulant child who thinks he can do whatever he wants.
"Je’von Evans isn’t who you think he is. He’s been handed any and every opportunity on a silver platter since he got here and now he thinks he’s the man and can do whatever the hell he wants…He’s a child. A petulant little child. #MASSIVEFRAUD," he wrote.

Nathan Frazer and his tag partner will defend their titles on next week's WWE NXT
The October 29, 2024 installment of NXT will feature two major matches. For the Heritage Cup Championship, Charlie Dempsey will face Lexis King in a one-on-one match.
Meanwhile, after the backstage altercation between Frazer and Evans, the two men will collide in tag team action on next week's show. Fraxiom will put their NXT Tag Team Titles on the line against the duo of The Young OG and Cedric Alexander.
Since capturing NXT Tag Team Championship, fans have speculated that The Prodigy of Pro Wrestling would betray Axiom and leave his side. However, the 26-year-old WWE star has debunked these rumors.
Only time will tell if these speculations come to fruition when Nathan Frazer turns heel on the former A-Kid in the coming weeks.
