WWE finally acknowledges something is wrong; major name referenced on SmackDown
WWE has finally acknowledged the QR code fiasco overtaking weekly programming. In a follow-up this week, a major name was also mentioned on SmackDown.
In case you've not been fully in tune with WWE programming, every week, RAW and SmackDown feature a single QR code making multiple references—often poetic and somewhat sinister in nature. Many believe that it is going to set up the return of Uncle Howdy, rumored to be played by Bray Wyatt's brother, Bo Dallas.
This week on SmackDown, Corey Graves and Wade Barrett acknowledged one of the videos posted on WWE's official Twitch channel. They mentioned that the video shows The Fiend's "missing therapist," Wendy Lucho.
It's a bit eerie and seemingly references Uncle Howdy when she asks, "Who are all these people?":
Of course, that is a reference to the Wyatt 6. The video on Twitch is a whopping 55 minutes long and plays as a one-sided therapy session in which the psychiatrist herself appears to need one.
The video is filled with cuts to various symbols and sentences, seemingly referencing Uncle Howdy. The video below shows what tonight's QR code led to:
