WWE Hall of Famer demands new champions The Motor City Machine Guns face unexpected team

WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray has taken to social media to discuss a potential match between The Motor City Machine Guns and War Raiders. He believes that the two teams would put on a classic.

Last Friday night on SmackDown, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin defeated DIY to become the no.1 contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship. That same night, they defeated The Bloodline's Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa with Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso's help to capture the coveted titles.

On the latest episode of WWE RAW, War Raiders collided with the LWO and The New Day in a triple threat no.1 contender's match for the World Tag Team Championship. Erik and Ivar won the bout and will soon face the champs, JD McDonagh and Finn Balor.

During the show, Bully Ray took to X to share that The Motor City Machine Guns could have some great matches with War Raiders if WWE were to find a way to make it happen.

"If WWE can find a way to get The War Raiders in the ring w/ The MCMG … they would have some great tag matches. Trust me," wrote Bully Ray.
