WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio announced for major stipulation match on RAW

WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio has been announced for a major stipulation match for the November 25, 2024, episode of Monday Night RAW. The Hall of Famer will be teaming up with his trusted ally, Dragon Lee, to take on a tag team of a recently formed stable.

Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee had almost become the Number One Contenders for the World Tag Team Championship last month on RAW. However, Chad Gable cost them a title shot by interfering in the climax of the match and getting an Ankle Lock on Mysterio at ringside.

The Latino World Order and American Made have been in a feud ever since. WWE recently announced on X that Julius Creed and Brutus Creed from Chad Gable’s faction will face Mysterio and Dragon Lee in a Tornado Tag Team match this week.

Rey Mysterio has already bested American Made

While Rey Mysterio will take on The Creed Brothers with Dragon Lee, he has already defeated the stable in a recent mixed tag team match. The LWO Leader teamed up with Zelina Vega to take on Chad Gable and Ivy Nile last week in a winning effort against the heel faction.

Following this loss, Gable slapped Julius Creed for trying to cheer him up and asked him if he saw his leader as a loser. Lee has also defeated the Olympian in a singles match a few weeks ago. Thus, the new stable formed by Gable in August doesn’t have a good record against the Latino World Order.

However, the former amateur wrestler is known for getting his way using underhanded tricks. He will also be more capable of assisting The Creed Brothers from outside to give them the win while Nile keeps Vega busy.

It will be interesting to see if American Made is able to shake off its losing streak to LWO.
