WWE Hall of Famer teases SummerSlam Weekend appearance
WWE is headed to Cleveland, Ohio, for the 37th annual SummerSlam PLE. The weekend includes several big events, and there are sure to be surprises along the way. WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus is now indicating that she will also be a part of the festivities.
Sami Zayn hosted his first comedy show during Money in the Bank Weekend in Toronto earlier this month. Sami Zayn & Friends Do Toronto was held at the Danforth Music Hall and featured surprise appearances by Trish Stratus, Bayley, Cody Rhodes, Cathy Kelley, Johnny Knoxville, and a few comedians.
Billed as a comedy and variety show with guests from the worlds of WWE, comedy, and TV, the Intercontinental Champion will host his next show on Friday at The Agore Theater - Sami Zayn & Friends Do Cleveland.
Canada's Greatest Export has been fueling speculation on another appearance to help Sami out. Stratus took to X today to share a highlight video from the recent show in Toronto while also teasing surprise guests for Friday's show in Cleveland.

Sami's show on Friday night is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m., with doors opening one hour before as SmackDown ends at the nearby Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Tickets are priced at $38, $48, $58, and $78.
Sami Zayn to defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship
Sami Zayn is set for a big weekend in Cleveland as he will defend the Intercontinental Championship at the 37th annual SummerSlam PLE. He will face Bron Breakker at Saturday's big event.
Breakker vs. Zayn will be a rematch from Money in the Bank, where The Great Liberator retained over Rick Steiner's son in 13 minutes. The heated rivalry has continued on RAW in recent weeks.
Zayn won the Intercontinental Championship from Gunther at WrestleMania XL. In his 4th reign with the title, Sami has had televised title defenses over Chad Gable, Bronson Reed, Gable and Reed in a Triple Threat, Gable again, Breakker, and Ilja Dragunov.
