WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus took to social media to finally talk about a huge announcement after hinting at it earlier. The star had something important to say.
Stratus is known for being one of the stars who paved the way for women's wrestling with her stories and matches during a time when WWE didn't really push women's wrestling all that much. During this time, her biggest teammate and rival were the same person—Lita. Now, it appears that they are reuniting in a big way.
Trish Stratus took to social media to announce that she was teaming up with Lita to host an event. She called themselves Team Bestie and said that they would be at Galaxy Con. She also said that tickets were on sale. The first 100 purchases would also receive a special gift from them.

This reunion comes after the last time they interacted in WWE, which ended in a horrifying betrayal. After teaming with Lita and Becky Lynch, Stratus attacked her old rival and partner backstage, never revealing that it was her.
That was the last time Lita was seen in the company, after which it was later revealed that it had been Stratus. She ended up in a major feud with Becky Lynch before leaving.
Trish Stratus and Lita's new partnership is not yet a part of WWE
While both legendary stars are still capable of wrestling, neither has returned to WWE.
It remains to be seen if Lita addresses Trish Stratus as the one to attack her and write her off TV the last time they teamed up. She's yet to acknowledge it.
