WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle believes that the SmackDown Women's Championship match between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair will steal the show at WrestleMania 38.

Earlier this year, Ronda Rousey made a massive return at Royal Rumble 2022. She went on to win the 30-Woman battle to win a title shot at WrestleMania and decided to challenge Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women's Championship.

"I'm either going home with your arm, or you're gonna TAP OUT."

The two superstars share a bitter history dating back to Rousey's first run in WWE. Kurt Angle believes that both Charlotte and Ronda can steal the show on Night 1 of WrestleMania 38. During a recent interview with The Zaslow Show on AM 560 Sports WQAM (Miami), he credited Rousey for quickly adjusting to the business while hailing The Queen as one of the greatest to ever step inside the squared circle.

"I follow it as much as I can. I don't watch every show every week, but I'm excited about the WrestleMania card. I think that Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair are going to steal the show…. I really do believe that. Ronda has picked up the business quicker than anybody I know, and Charlotte Flair is one of the greatest to do it ever. I'm talking, like, even better than her father, so I'm expecting them to steal the show." (h/t WrestleZone)

Ronda Rousey's recent run on WWE SmackDown

Since her title match with Charlotte Flair was confirmed, Ronda Rousey has made regular appearances on SmackDown. She assisted Naomi in the latter's feud with WWE official Sonya Deville.

Rousey teamed up with Naomi to take on Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville on multiple occasions, including the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event. This led to Ronda Rousey's brief feud with Deville on the blue brand, setting up her in-ring debut on the blue brand.

She defeated the unfair official to establish herself as a top babyface and has spent the last few weeks spewing warnings at The Queen. Charlotte, being a heel, has left no stone unturned in taking cheap shots at her title contender.

The latest episode also saw both superstars engage in a brutal brawl backstage, and it is expected that things will continue to escalate between them for a big payoff at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
