WWE Legend predicts Saturday Night's Main Event will draw nearly 3.5 million viewers (Exclusive)
Saturday Night's Main Event is almost here and the hype feels equivalent to a major WWE PLE. While speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell predicted that SNME would draw over 3 million viewers.
Headlined by Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens' grudge match for the Undisputed Championship, Saturday Night's Main Event will be returning after decades for the first time on the NBC network. During the event's prime, NBC secured enviable ratings for the special show and the trend might repeat decades later in 2024.
In addition to the World Title Match, the inaugural WWE Women's United States Champion will also be crowned in a showdown between Michin and Chelsea Green. Liv Morgan will defend her Women's World Title against IYO SKY while Gunther's World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line in a Triple Threat involving former friends, Finn Balor and Damian Priest.
A singles match between Sami Zayn and Drew McIntyre rounds off a stacked card, for which Dutch Mantell believes WWE could draw almost 3.5 million viewers. The veteran made the following prediction on Smack Talk:
"We're on NBC, aren't we? It would be a great place for her to win this because what do you think the viewership would be like? I think 3-3.5 (million)." [From 38:05 onwards]
