WWE legend Rey Mysterio shares rare photos with his father and daughter Aalyah following public appearance
WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio recently took to social media to share rare photos with his father and daughter Aalyah. The Master of the 619 also sent a wholesome message in his post.
Rey last competed inside the squared circle on the September 30, 2024, edition of Monday Night RAW, where he locked horns with Xavier Woods. Both stars started the match strong, and it looked like the WWE Hall of Famer had the upper hand for most of the bout. However, the contest ended controversially after Woods unmasked the legend and pinned him while he was trying to cover his face.
Following this bout, Rey Mysterio recently made his first public appearance in a while alongside Titus O'Neil and Samantha Irvin.
The Master of the 619 has now taken to Instagram to share some rare photos with his father and daughter, Aalyah. In his post's caption, Rey sent a heartwarming message, thanking the San Diego Padres for the hospitality.
The WWE Hall of Famer also wrote that despite his team's loss, he was looking forward to the next season.
"Big thank you to my bro @darryldean and my @padres for showing us that 619 Cali love & hospitality this season. My pops & I had an incredible time💛🙏🏼🤎We didn’t get the results we wanted but the memories will last a lifetime🤙🏼Looking forward to next season!!" Rey wrote.

Although Rey Mysterio has posted photos alongside his daughter, Aalyah, several times, this is an extremely rare post as he has barely uploaded any images of his father in the past.
Rey Mysterio talked about his conversation with Triple H before WWE Hall of Fame induction
During an interview with Busted Open, Rey Mysterio revealed that he told Triple H he was not ready to retire before being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Rey also mentioned that The Game did not want him to hang up his boots either.
"When I was offered that position, I thought they were asking for a retirement. I straight up told [Triple H], 'I'm not ready to retire.' He goes, 'No, you're not. We don't want you to retire. We just think it's the best place, it being in LA, your backyard.' I was like, 'Wow.' I felt like they gifted me with the biggest gift in the world. When you've committed your life to this business for 35 years, that's like the one token that kind of certifies you for everything that you've done," Mysterio said.
It remains to be seen what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for Rey Mysterio's future.
