WWE legend says he would beat Bron Breakker in three minutes in his prime (Exclusive)
Bron Breakker has emerged as one of WWE's top future stars in recent years. In an exclusive interview, the Intercontinental Champion's father Rick Steiner predicted what would happen if he faced his son in his prime.
Steiner was among the biggest names in wrestling in the late 1980s and 1990s. The 63-year-old won the WCW tag titles eight times and the WWE tag titles twice. In 2022, his wrestling accomplishments were recognized by WWE when he was inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside his brother Scott.
On August 3, Steiner watched Breakker beat Sami Zayn at SummerSlam. Moments after the match, he told Sportskeeda Wrestling Senior Editor Bill Apter that he would defeat the new champion in a dream match:
"I'd say three minutes, over, clothesline, suplex, bulldog, over," Steiner said before clarifying which family member would win. "Steiner, Rick!" [5:48 – 5:55]

Bron Breakker's dad Rick Steiner reveals what he does now
In recent years, Rick Steiner has made sporadic WWE appearances to support Bron Breakker. At SummerSlam, he was shown alongside Scott Steiner and other WWE legends before and after Breakker's match against Zayn.
Away from the wrestling business, Rick Steiner has his own business and is a board member of the Cherokee County School District:
"Got a real estate business. A company back down in Atlanta. Sit on the school board for Cherokee County. Just living life, enjoying, got a little farm, got some cattle. Got a good buddy, him and I work it, and I'm just enjoying life." [6:06 – 6:24]
Steiner added that the thing he misses most about the wrestling industry is the camaraderie with other wrestlers in the locker room.
