WWE made a big mistake with Dominik Mysterio this week, according to veteran (Exclusive)
WWE made a huge mistake with Dominik Mysterio during the latest episode of Monday Night RAW, according to veteran Vince Russo.
On the latest edition of the red brand, Logan Paul came out to cut a promo in which he talked about winning his boxing match against Dillon Danis and how he will beat Rey Mysterio to become the new United States Champion at Crown Jewel.
Dominik Mysterio came out to interrupt The Maverick, but the duo started appreciating each other. However, as soon as Dirty Dom tried to speak anything, the crowd, as usual, started to boo him, which made it hard to hear what he was trying to say.
On the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo talked about the segment involving Dominik and Logan.
The former WWE writer said that during the promo, WWE turned Dominik Mysterio's mic off to make it seem like the crowd noise was so much that we couldn't hear him speak.
"Bro listen, I am challenging anybody to go back and watch this. Can we now stop doubting Vince Russo all the time? Because they practically had Dominik's mic off, his microphone was practically off." [57:56 - 58:19]
Russo further mentioned that he knows what he is talking about because he has worked in WWE for many years as the head writer.
"Don't tell me I don't know what I'm freaking talking about guys. When I'm telling you they're sweetening the crowd and lowering his mic, trust me because whoever did it tonight, it was almost like his mic was not even on. So stop. Like I don't know what I'm talking about. Like I haven't been in the building and been working on a freaking thousand shows in my life, literally his mic was almost off during this." [58:19 - 58:51]

Former WWE writer believes Dominik Mysterio's teammate can recruit a new member in The Judgment Day
In the same video, former WWE writer Vince Russo also mentioned that Dominik Mysterio's teammate Rhea Ripley might be successful in recruiting Drew McIntyre to The Judgment Day.
"To me, the best thing they are doing is if Rhea Ripley is trying to recruit everybody, she's gotta get one and you know to me, it looks like that one is gonna be Drew McIntyre, and you know what bro, if they do that, you know, at least it'll be something and maybe they do it... [Cody Rhodes vs. Damian Priest] Maybe that's where he [Drew McIntyre] helps Priest [or] No, I think basically it's him and Seth [Rollins], that's where he should accept the favor from Judgment Day," Russo said. [34:51 - 35:42]
Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley have become quite the duo in WWE. Fans love their on-screen romance and don't want them to ever split up. It remains to be seen what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for the faction.
