WWE makes a huge announcement about Roman Reigns after Bad Blood 2024
Following the events of Bad Blood 2024, where he reunited with Jimmy Uso, WWE has made a big announcement about Roman Reigns. The Original Tribal Chief is set to appear on this week's episode of SmackDown, where he will address fans.
Reigns and Cody Rhodes emerged victorious at Bad Blood 2024, where they defeated Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match, courtesy of a timely appearance from Jimmy Uso. The 39-year-old star took out Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa to even the odds.
If this was not enough, moments before the event went off the air, The Rock's music hit. Even though The Final Boss did not utter a word, it was enough to get the crowd buzzing. A few hours back, WWE announced that Roman Reigns would address fans on the upcoming edition of SmackDown. The viewers can expect the former Bloodline leader to talk about Jimmy's return and could even be accompanied by the latter.
Additionally, Reigns could talk about the return of The Rock, who teamed up with the former at WrestleMania XL to defeat Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
Sam Roberts thinks The Rock is coming for Roman Reigns
While speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts predicted what The Rock's wordless gesture at WWE Bad Blood 2024 meant which has shocked the wrestling world. The RAW Talk host believes that The Final Boss was putting Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, and Jimmy Uso on notice by counting to three.
"I said to you immediately, I went oh my God, Megan, how many people are in the ring? And, Megan, tell me how many people were in the ring? Three. I said, Megan, The Rock is sending a message to all three of them. I think, that's how I perceived it, that The Rock was letting Jimmy, Roman, and Cody all know that they've just entered into the sights of The Final Boss," Sam Roberts said.
Though it has not been made official yet, it is only a matter of time before The Rock makes it clear that he is going after Roman, Cody, and Jimmy.
