WWE makes major error with new champion’s official graphic

WWE has made an unusual error with a current champion's graphic on its official website. The superstar in question is one-half of the Women's Tag Team Champions, Isla Dawn.

The tag team of Isla Dawn and Albya Fyre, which goes by the name Unholy Union, squared off against the teams of Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair and Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark in a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at Clash at the Castle: Scotland. The Scotswomen surprised everyone by winning their first-ever title on the main roster to send the fans inside the OVO Hydro arena into a frenzy.

Following the championship win, WWE updated both superstars' pages on their official website. The Stamford-based company provided the two superstars with the tag of the Women's Tag Team Champions, however, Isla Dawn can be seen holding the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship in the graphic instead.

The 30-year-old's photograph on the website is possibly from when The Unholy Union held the tag team titles on the developmental brand.

WWE Superstar Isla Dawn opens up about her time at NXT UK

Isla Dawn performed at NXT UK from 2018 to 2022 before moving to the United States. The global juggernaut shut down the brand in September 2022, reassuring fans it would be relaunched as NXT Europe. The much-anticipated relaunch was expected to occur in 2023, but it hasn't come to fruition yet.

During an interview with Steve Fall of WrestlingNews.co, Isla Dawn opened up about her experience at NXT UK. The Women's Tag Team Champion also revealed how she felt after the brand was discontinued.

"It was heartbreaking actually, it really was because I've been with NXT UK kind of from the formation so I have so much attachment to it. So, it was really heartbreaking and it was scary. I found out really quickly that I'd be moving to the UK, so that was great and that was like finally, my dream, I'm going to NXT. But, there was a lot of my friends and a lot of people that I'd grown up alongside in wrestling that never got the same, and it was such a bittersweet moment because I was so excited but I knew they weren't getting that," said Dawn. In the first match after winning the title, The Unholy Union defeated former champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance on the most recent edition of RAW. It will be interesting to see what lies ahead for Dawn and Fyre, with several superstars eyeing the Women's Tag Team Championship.
