WWE should not miss huge Jey Uso-Roman Reigns angle at Survivor Series, former analyst says

Jimmy Uso is trying to get 'Main Event' Jey Uso's help to fend off The Bloodline. Roman Reigns does not want anything to do with his former Right Hand Man, and despite Jimmy's attempts to have a conversation with Jey this past Monday, the latter did not oblige.

Jey Uso is set to defend the Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker next week. Former WWE analyst Matt Camp addressed the rematch and pointed to one thing that could certainly stand out in The Bloodline Saga in their rumored match at Survivor Series. Camp feels the company should not book against it.

Speaking on his The Wrestling Matt show, the former WWE personality stated that the Intercontinental Champion does not need to drop the belt to get involved in the rival brand's storyline. Instead, there is a level of intrigue surrounding Jey Uso as the sole champion in the OTC's team inside WarGames:

"What if Jey walked into WarGames—let's say it's alongside Roman and Jimmy, and I'll guess Sami Zayn for now—as the sole champion? Not Roman. No Tag Titles. He's the most successful one standing there at the current time. That puts him on a more even level with Roman," Matt Camp said. [From 31:48 to 32:27]

Jey Uso's father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, teared up recently on his Off The Top podcast while discussing Jey's success. The legend noted how Jey made all the "right choices" and is a "role model" to others.

Jey Uso refused to listen to Jimmy Uso on WWE RAW

This past Monday on RAW, Jimmy Uso was seen searching for Jey backstage. The Usos broke off their tag team partnership last year after Jimmy betrayed his twin brother in favor of their cousin, Roman Reigns. They even squared off at WrestleMania XL, with the former Right Hand Man walking away with the win.

In a year's time, Jey Uso made a name for himself in singles competition, ultimately becoming the Intercontinental Champion last month. On the contrary, Jimmy Uso was booted out of The Bloodline by Solo Sikoa after he failed to defeat Jey on The Show of Shows.

With all of these things fresh in his memory, the YEET Master refused to listen to his twin brother despite the latter's repeated attempts at a possible reconciliation.

On the latest episode of SmackDown, Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns were humbled by Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and the WWE Tag Team Champions, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. It remains to be seen whether Big Jim and the OTC manage to get help.
