WWE official breaks silence after getting involved in a brawl with Drew McIntyre post Money in the Bank

Adam Pearce had to face the wrath of Drew McIntyre after WWE Money in the Bank went off the air. The RAW General Manager has now reflected on the altercation, with a stern message on social media.

Drew McIntyre's night started on a great note as he managed to win the Money in the Bank briefcase. He cashed in the contract the same night, making Damian Priest vs. Seth Rollins a Triple Threat match. However, CM Punk once again cost The Scottish Warrior the title as he attacked the latter out of nowhere and took him out of the match. Ultimately, Damian Priest managed to walk out with gold still around his waist.

McIntyre was visibly frustrated with the outcome and the same was seen during the post-show discussion where Drew showed up uninvited. The former WWE Champion also hit Adam Pearce who came out to control him. The duo were then separated by Wade Barrett.

Adam Pearce has now shared his thoughts on the incident, hinting that there will be repercussions for McIntyre's actions. The RAW General Manager made it clear that they will be addressing the whole Punk-Drew saga soon.

Drew McIntyre also lost his cool after WWE Clash at the Castle

Drew McIntyre has been constantly screwed over by CM Punk in his attempts to win back the World Heavyweight Championship. The Scottish Warrior was on the cusp of winning the title at Clash at the Castle: Scotland but The Second City Saint stopped him by coming to the ring disguised as a referee.

McIntyre lost his cool after Clash at the Castle and got involved in an altercation with Corey Graves. The former WWE Champion also quit the company on RAW, only to show up on SmackDown and take out CM Punk.

However, The Best in the World got the last laugh as he once again cost Drew the World Heavyweight Championship. The tension between the two has been brewing for the last several months and one can expect them to collide once Punk is medically cleared.
