WWE official sends cryptic message to Zoey Stark following RAW

The WWE RAW women's division features several top talents, including Liv Morgan, Damage CTRL, Raquel Rodriguez, and so on. The Pure Fusion Collective has become a formidable faction with Zoey Stark, Sonya Deville, and Shayna Baszler. While continuing to cement her spot, Stark just received a curious comment from a veteran WWE official. This was 'Road Dogg' Brian James.

Monday's post-Bad Blood edition of RAW saw Stark, Deville, and Baszler team up with Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn in a loss to Natalya, Valkyria, Zelina Vega, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter. The seven-minute match ended when Valkyria nailed her top rope leg drop on Deville. The match came one week after Stark defeated Valkyria in singles action, and three weeks after Natalya defeated Stark.

Stark opened Monday's ten-woman tag team match by making fun of Chance's protective face guard, which she wore to sell a busted nose at the hands of The Pure Fusion Collective several weeks back. The 30-year-old took to X to share a photo of her mocking Chance.

"Who am I? [winking face emoji]," Zoey Stark wrote with the photo below.

The WWE Universe responded with various comments, but 'Road Dogg' Brian James weighed in with an especially peculiar reply. Speculation began immediately, but it wasn't clear if WWE's Senior Vice President of Live Events was putting Stark over, offering advice, or mocking her.

"Nobody knows but if you keep this up….. EVERYBODY WILL!! You sit on the throne of the House of Stark! Locate, close with and destroy the enemy," Road Dogg wrote.

It's likely that the WWE Hall of Famer was praising the former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion as he has declared her to be one of the best female wrestlers he's ever seen before and put her over in multiple interviews. Triple H and Shawn Michaels have also been supporters of the star.

Frustration backstage at WWE RAW this week

World Wrestling Entertainment presented a significant RAW in St. Louis this week. The post-Bad Blood episode also marked the temporary return to two hours and served as a double taping.

A report from backstage noted how there was frustration coming out of the match that saw The Pure Fusion Collective and The Unholy Union lose to Natalya, Lyra Valkyria, Zelina Vega, and The Twinkle Twins. The internal heat was related to the booking of the match, the perceived lack of direction for the participants, and the fact that the match lost TV time due to a commercial break.

WWE also taped next week's RAW this past Monday due to an upcoming UK tour, which could have added to possible timing issues. Pure Fusion Collective defeated Valkyria, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter in trios action on July 29, but they also lost a trios match to Natalya, Valkyria, and Vega on September 9.
