WWE possibly did the right thing with major change for Bron Breakker, feels wrestling veteran (Exclusive)

Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently spoke about Bron Breakker's change in character. The RAW Superstar lost the Intercontinental Championship to Jey Uso last week.

Uso kicked off the show on Monday with an emotional promo about his singles career. Before he could finish, the former Bloodline member was interrupted by Breakker. The Dog of WWE mentioned that he wasn't looking for a fight and rather wanted to congratulate the champion for the win.

On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW, Vince Russo claimed that Bron putting over the Intercontinental Championship increased the prestige of the title. The veteran felt that WWE was right in seemingly turning the second-generation star into a babyface since he was getting great reactions from fans ever since he showed up on the main roster.

"There was one good thing that came out of this segment that I liked. They concentrated on Bron Breakker putting over the Intercontinental Title. They did two things here. Number one, that was his sole purpose. Number two, just like they're turning the others heel, they're turning Bron Breakker babyface. I'm not gonna argue with it because the people have been cheering him from day one." [From 19:44 onwards]

Backstage on RAW, Breakker ran into World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. The two stars had a tense exchange before The Dog of WWE walked off, saying that he would confront the champion in the near future.

It will be interesting to see what lies ahead for the second-generation superstar on RAW.
