WWE questions 25-year-old's recent tease of potentially betraying Nia Jax on SmackDown
The go-home edition of WWE SmackDown before Bash in Berlin witnessed Nia Jax's ally dropping hints about a potential betrayal. In the main event of the blue brand, The Irresistible Force defended her Women's Championship against Michin in a brutal Street Fight.
Jax and Tiffany Stratton had joined forces on TV before the latter became the 2024 Ms. Money in the Bank in Toronto. At this year's SummerSlam, The Buff Barbie seemingly tried to capitalize on her opportunity by cashing in her briefcase during Bayley's match against Jax for the championship. Unfortunately, the 25-year-old's interference only allowed the Samoan star to defeat The Role Model and claim the title, making it seem like a ploy by the heel duo.
During the August 30, 2024, installment of Friday Night SmackDown, Michin executed a powerbomb on Nia Jax, sending her crashing through a table. Tiffany Stratton then entered the ring and attacked The OC member with her Money in the Bank briefcase.
The Buff Barbie hesitated momentarily, seemingly considering whether to cash in her contract to challenge the WWE Women's Champion. However, The Irresistible Force quickly noticed Stratton's presence, interrupting her plans.
WWE took to Instagram to demand an explanation from Tiffany Stratton after she hinted at potentially betraying her ally, Nia Jax, during SmackDown.

Despite Tiffany Stratton's teasing about potentially betraying The Irresistible Force, the latter successfully retained the Women's Championship against Michin. However, Chelsea Green couldn't help but notice the subtle signs of a possible rift between the two on SmackDown.
Taking to X/Twitter, The Hot Mess sent a warning to Nia Jax, cautioning her about the former NXT Women Champion's true intentions.
"I don’t wanna say I told you so but… I TOLD YOU SO YOU BIG DUMMIES," she wrote.

The 40-year-old female star will not be defending her Women's Championship tonight at Bash in Berlin, Germany. Fans will have to wait and see if Tiffany Stratton will seize the opportunity to cash in her MITB contract on The Irresistible Force and become the new champion down the line.
