WWE RAW star shares health update after Bronson Reed's carnage

WWE has produced many compelling storylines in recent weeks. On RAW, Bronson Reed continued his dominant streak to become a main event player on the red show. Veteran R-Truth was his latest prey.

After Reed defeated Truth's tag team partner, The Miz, the 52-year-old stopped him from hitting a Tsunami on The A-Lister. The Auszilla instead put down Truth with a crossbody and continued to decimate the latter with five consecutive Tsunamis.

Taking to X/Twitter, R-Truth revealed the state of his body after being assaulted by Bronson Reed on RAW.

"Cracked ribs, internal bruising," he wrote.

Meanwhile, the 330-pound wrestler claimed that no amount of prayers was going to help Seth Rollins should the former World Heavyweight Champion come after him for revenge.

What's the story with Bronson Reed targeting Seth "Freakin" Rollins on WWE RAW?

Seth Rollins was ready to lock horns with the man he seemingly despises more than anybody on the roster—CM Punk. The two were split apart last week on the RAW after SummerSlam, though, just when it looked like they were getting into a physical altercation.

The Chicago native was provoked by Drew McIntyre from the crowd, which led to the former rolling out of the ring and chasing The Scottish Warrior. In a sudden turn of events, Bronson Reed mauled Seth Rollins out of nowhere as if he had a score to settle with The Visionary. Post-show, The Auszilla explained his actions. He said:

"You already know why. I have been telling the whole world that I am one of the best in this business week after week and it’s been falling on deaf ears. Tonight, I did what I had to do. I crushed one of WWE’s golden boys. I hit Tsunami after Tsunami after Tsunami on [Seth] Rollins to show you all that I am not here to play around. The killer is unleashed and Bronson Reed is at the very top of this business."

An argument can be made that Seth Rollins is the best wrestler in the business today. It appears Bronson Reed going after one of WWE's top stars is what creative believes will elevate him to a higher position on the red show's roster. Wrestling veteran Vince Russo feels this to be a flawed attempt at getting Reed over in the eyes of viewers.
