WWE's newest "relationship" can be "exciting" for everyone involved, says 36-year-old star

WWE has seen many changes take place over the past year or so. One of the biggest changes in the company’s recent partnerships could be fruitful for everyone involved, according to Joe Hendry.

The 36-year-old star made an appearance on NXT earlier this week. However, his stay in the 25-man Battle Royal was short after everyone worked together to eliminate him.

While Hendry did not win a shot at Trick Williams' NXT Championship, he did get over with fans and became an internet sensation. While speaking on the Busted Open Radio podcast, Hendry opened up about how WWE treated the TNA Wrestling stars well and it was a great time to be a wrestling fan.

"I can speak on behalf of everyone at TNA that we were treated exceptionally well and this was proof that this working relationship between NXT and TNA can be absolutely beneficial for both sides, including Jordynne (Grace) as well. We've all brought it and demonstrated value and it's been an amazing thing for all parties involved. It’s an exciting time and everybody’s winning. The fans are winning," Joe Hendry said. The recent collaboration between WWE and TNA Wrestling could lead to some big rivalries in the coming months. Fans could see AJ Styles return to TNA as a WWE Superstar for a final run in the promotion.

Joe Hendry recently reached a major milestone after his WWE appearance

The latest edition of RAW saw The Wyatt Sicks wreak havoc and announce their arrival. It was arguably the biggest moment in wrestling this week.

However, Joe Hendry made waves with his surprise appearance on NXT. The video of his arrival is now the most-liked video on X/Twitter for the Stamford-based company since WrestleMania XL.

Talking about the moment that earned him a larger fanbase, Hendry noted that he could top the moment soon.

"For me to have WWE's most liked video on Twitter since WrestleMania is insane, but I think I can top it. I’m excited for what’s next," Joe Hendry said.

Fans could make Hendry a top contender for any title in the company if they put enough pressure on the management. It would be great to see him work a premium live event for the company as well.
