WWE seemingly set to hold intergender match on RAW; Major star not advertised
Monday's WWE RAW is shaping up to be a loaded episode with championship implications. The company continues to promote top matches for the show, but a historic bout is up in the air as a certain veteran superstar seems to be missing in action.
The Wyatt Sicks and American Made were previously announced for an Eight-Person Mixed Tag Team Street Fight on RAW. The participants are expected to be Chad Gable, Brutus Creed, Julius Creed, and Ivy Nile vs. Nikki Cross, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis, and Erick Rowan. Bo Dallas is rumored to sit this match out, especially after Uncle Howdy's recent televised in-ring debut win over Gable.
Fans have speculated on the teams since last week's announcement. It should be noted that Cross was not included on the original match graphic used by WWE last week. Furthermore, she is also not featured on the latest promotional graphic posted by the company on X/Twitter today.
Cross is the only faction member who has not debuted under their new gimmick. Officials leaving the 16-year veteran off the promotional graphics could be a sign that RAW will feature an intergender Street Fight.
If so, this would be the first male vs. female match in WWE since Reggie's RAW win over Shayna Baszler in May 2021.
