WWE sends cryptic Roman Reigns message ahead of SmackDown; teases potential blockbuster return

Roman Reigns bounced back against the Bloodline following his reunion with Sami Zayn and The Usos. However, Solo Sikoa and his troops have always been one step ahead of the Original Tribal Chief. While The OG Bloodline was busy searching for the fifth member for their match at WarGames, Sikoa introduced Big Bronson Reed as his partner.

Last week's SmackDown shocked the fans. While Bronson Reed's addition to the Bloodline was a massive surprise in itself, the show's ending made a number of headlines as well. Roman Reigns tried calling Paul Heyman during the last few minutes of the episode, but The Wiseman's number was not in service.

With the next episode of SmackDown on the horizon, WWE's X/Twitter handle has sent out a cryptic message on Twitter. The Stamford-based company posted a picture from the segment where Reigns called Heyman, seemingly teasing the Wiseman's massive return to TV.

With his phone number no longer in service, the WWE Universe has been anticipating Paul Heyman's switch of sides following his return.

While The Wiseman has been aligned with Roman Reigns over the past few years, turning on the Original Tribal Chief to align with Solo Sikoa and potentially The Rock would be a massive twist.

While Heyman's return date can still not be confirmed, it is clear that the 59-year-old will be back on TV soon. With WarGames approaching fast, a return before the Survivor Series could make a huge impact on the highly anticipated match between the Bloodlines.

Paul Heyman betraying Reigns, given the massive twists and turns WWE has featured in the Bloodline story, is quite a possibility. The Stamford-based company might keep it reserved for some time before pulling the trigger to make headlines around the globe.
