WWE shares new footage of Solo Sikoa following major defeat at SummerSlam
WWE shared new footage of Solo Sikoa's reaction following his loss last night at SummerSlam. The SmackDown star squared off against Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship in a Bloodline Rules match in the main event of last night's Premium Live Event.
The Bloodline interfered in the match, but Randy Orton and Kevin Owens showed up to even the odds. Roman Reigns made his triumphant return and leveled Sikoa with a Superman Punch. The Tribal Chief followed it up with a Spear before exiting the ring.
The American Nightmare capitalized on the attack and planted Sikoa with a Cross Rhodes to retain the title. The promotion shared footage of Sikoa making his way backstage following the match with a stunned look on his face.
Roman Reigns lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes in the main event of Night 2 of WrestleMania XL in April. He was on hiatus from the company for several months before his return in the final moments of SummerSlam last night.
WWE personality claims Roman Reigns needs to worry about a Bloodline member besides Solo Sikoa
Sam Roberts believes Roman Reigns should be worried about Jacob Fatu following his attack on Solo Sikoa last night at SummerSlam.
Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga defeated Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano to win the WWE Tag Team Championship this past Friday night. However, Fatu appeared to be injured during his interference in the main event of SummerSlam.
Speaking on his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Roberts claimed that Reigns should be concerned about Fatu in the storyline moving forward.
"For the Roman [Reigns] thing to work, it has to feel like he might not be able to beat this new Bloodline. And the only thing that makes it possible for Roman to have that doubt is Jacob [Fatu]," said Sam Roberts. [28:13 - 28:26]

Solo Sikoa named himself the new Tribal Chief during Roman Reigns' hiatus and made several changes to The Bloodline. It will be fascinating to see how Sikoa plans on getting his revenge on Reigns in the weeks ahead on SmackDown.
