WWE star LA Knight talks about a key aspect of wrestling: "Superheroes and supervillains don't look like slouches"

WWE star LA Knight has remained a fan favorite since his move to the main roster. The leader of the 'YEAH! Movement' recently took a shot at those who didn’t want to put in the hard work but wanted success on the big stage.

Knight is one of the top stars on WWE SmackDown who will look to win the United States Championship from Logan Paul at SummerSlam. In a recent appearance on What Do You Wanna Talk About with Cody Rhodes, LA Knight spoke about wrestler’s physiques.

Cody Rhodes noted that he had been called out in the past for talking about a talent’s physique. He added that he knew wrestlers came in all shapes and sizes as he was Dusty Rhodes’ son.

The former Million Dollar Champion added that WWE Superstars and other wrestlers in the industries worked like superheroes and supervillains. That, he said, required them to maintain their physiques and not be slouches. He continued and remarked that was what differentiated pro wrestlers from the common man.

"We're like superheroes, in a way — superheroes and supervillains," LA Knight continued. "And superheroes and supervillains don't look like slouches. And that's no offense to anybody. I'm not saying don't love those people. Those people deserve all the love in the world as far as in their personal lives and everything, but if you're talking about excelling at something that most people cannot do, then you have to put in the effort to do the thing." LA Knight has one of the best physiques in the business, and that has helped set him apart from the rest. However, he still has a long way to go before he can win the world title and represent the company on a bigger stage.

LA Knight will look to win his first main roster title at WWE SummerSlam

WWE SummerSlam will host some of the biggest matches of the year. Solo Sikoa will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Championship for the first time as he is set to face Cody Rhodes for the title.

Meanwhile, LA Knight will have his sights set on a potential first main roster title win. He will challenge Logan Paul for the United States Championship at the show.
