WWE star once pegged as the next Brock Lesnar has returned to the ring after 21 days
A young WWE Superstar, once dubbed the next Brock Lesnar, recently returned to in-ring and got physical after 21 days.
The star in question is Gable Steveson, who is an Olympic Gold Medalist. He was once dubbed "the next Brock Lesnar," and the company intended to promote him as such. However, it was reported that the 23-year-old star's situation depended on Vince McMahon's return.
Steveson last wrestled at NXT's Orlando show on September 23 2023 against Myles Borne. The star emerged victorious over Borne during WWE's house show.
On October 13, 2023, Steveson returned to the ring at a WWE NXT house show at the Largo Events Center, Florida. He faced Javier Bernal and won, improving his record to 5-1 in six pro wrestling matches.

Paul Heyman has seemingly found the next Brock Lesnar in WWE
Roman Reigns' Special Counsel, Paul Heyman, visited NXT this week. The Wiseman was in Bron Breakker's corner during his match against Carmelo Hayes.
Ahead of the contest, Heyman and Breakker were seen talking in a backstage segment. The Wiseman noticeably pronounced the former NXT Champion's name like he once did Brock Lesnar.
Check out the video below:
When Paul Heyman announced Breakker's name in the ring, his eyes lit up in a way that the star could possibly be his next client when Roman Reigns called it quits. The Wiseman had managed Lesnar once and now The Tribal Chief, who has reached the top of the mountain during his WWE run.
It remains to be seen if Paul Heyman will ever manage Bron Breakker after Roman Reigns.
