WWE Superstar has nothing "to worry about" if he leaves the company, says EC3 (Exclusive)
Former WWE star EC3 recently discussed the rumors of another name from the Stamford-based promotion leaving. According to him, this would pose no problem for the superstar in question.
Over the last few weeks, there has been much buzz about Ricochet heading out of WWE. The 35-year-old star has reportedly served a notice about his departure. Considering his age, there is still plenty of steam left in him to build his career elsewhere.
Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion EC3 spoke about Ricochet's career.
"He did very well in the WWE. I am sure he has done very well financially in the WWE, he's probably pretty set. Now is the time, a talent like that, they can do what they usually do. They can go back to the roots, or they can take like giant risks and kind of like re-invent who they are. Create something new possibly, and wonderful, who's to say? What's going through his mind though is probably... I don't think he has anything to worry about. That's for sure." [0:40 onwards]

Dutch Mantell thinks Ricochet can't draw money for WWE
While Dutch Mantell is appreciative of Ricochet's in-ring talent, he does not think the former Speed Champion can draw as well as the other top stars.
Speaking on Storytime with Dutch Mantell, the veteran complimented Ricochet's talent but admitted that he was not proficient on the mic.
"They're not doing him a disservice. They're giving him a job at a high-money price for him to go out there and do 10 minutes of high-flying. I don't think, seriously, and this is not a knock on Ricochet, I don't think you could draw a plug nickel with him. That's an old saying. Because he can't talk," Mantell said.
It remains to be seen what Ricochet's future holds if he leaves the Stamford-based company.
