WWE Superstar retaliates against Logan Paul's comment; made huge claim for the US Championship
WWE Superstar Logan Paul is known for his flawless presence and social media skills, owing to his highly successful YouTube career. However, he is often seen getting overwhelmed by one of his opponents' comments, LA Knight, on social media these days. Interestingly, The Maverick recently received another setback for trying to shame his opponent online.
LA Knight has emerged as one of the most popular WWE Superstars since his debut on the main roster. He recently took a shot at Logan Paul, commenting that he would rate The Maverick’s 250-day reign as the United States Champ zero, following which both men created a thread of argumentative tweets on X.
Notably, Paul’s last tweet called LA Knight out as a financially deficient man with no option but to book middle seats in economy-class planes. Reversing the tables, however, LA Knight posted a response that challenged The Maverick's championship status.
“Doesn’t matter what seat I got, everybody on the flight knows whose game this is.
The tweet carried an image of all the mini television sets on plane seats, showcasing Knight holding the US Championship belt. Thus, The Megastar successfully taunted The Maverick again and had the last word in yet another argument on X.
Moreover, he has also shown that he can actually win Logan Paul’s title if he faces him in a fair match.
When Logan Paul had to turn back at the Madison Square Garden
The June 28, 2024, episode of WWE SmackDown took place in Madison Square Garden. The New York City crowd saw LA Knight secure a clean win in the MITB qualifier match, where he fought Logan Paul and Santos Escobar. This frustrated Paul, who wanted another shot at Cody Rhodes’ Undisputed WWE Championship.
In his frustration, he was ready to flatten LA Knight along with Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton using brass knuckles. However, the revenge plot ended when New York Kick’s Jalen Brunson came with a steel chair to fight Paul and his Pacers rival. Following this, The Maverick had to retreat to avoid a slugfest.
It would be interesting to see if both superstars compete with each other for the US Championship at SummerSlam.
