WWE Superstars claim they will become co-world champions in 2025!

The World Championships in WWE, irrespective of which brand, sits on the tippy top of the A-list, be it from the men's or women's roster. It is common knowledge that there can only be one titleholder for each belt. But is that really the case?

In 2010, the women's division introduced a new concept. Michelle McCool and Layla, together dubbed LayCool, unified the Women's and Divas Championship and were together 'co-champions'. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven hope to recreate this.

Speaking on Gorilla Position, Chelsea Green revealed that she has no interest on leaving Piper Niven behind or facing the Scottish wrestler. She claims to be looking forward to 2025 as they manifest a year of title wins, both in WWE's tag team and singles division:

"I don’t know about that," Green said regarding a potential match with Niven. "I think we’re going to stick together. We’re going to become two-time, maybe even three-time Tag Team Champions. Then we’ll go on, and we’ll really clean house."

When Piper Niven talked about capturing a world title, she claimed that it will be a 'co-champions' run, to which The Hot Mess added:

"We were hoping for that, you know. It’ll come. We're amanifesting 2025. Good things come to those who wait." [From 12:44 onwards]

Chelsea Green is a huge babyface through the lens of former WWE writer Vince Russo

Chelsea Green nearly won the Money in the Bank contract earlier this year in July, before Tiffany Stratton shocked everyone by throwing her off the top of a ladder onto two tables outside the ring. She was later featured in a hilarious post-show moment prior to the press conference, where she spoke about making a comeback. Heading into the eponymous event, Green was the favorite.

Regarding her character work and overall performances since returning to WWE in January 2023, a lot of industry veterans have nothing but big things to say. Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's BroDown on Backstage Pass, Vince Russo praised Chelsea Green:

"The best part of the show, bro. I love Chelsea Green. I've made that known. I am a Chelsea Green mark. She clearly, clearly gets it. If you put that freaking belt [Women's Title] on Chelsea Green, and they don't even have her in the picture, she would get over as a huge babyface, bro."

The Hot Mess will be the special guest in a 'Superstar Brunch Session' later this month over WWE Survivor Series: WarGames weekend. The show is set to take place in her home turf of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
