WWE takes a shot at The Judgment Day; top RAW star responds
WWE's official account on X took a shot at The Judgment Day ahead of tonight's episode of RAW. Ivar of the War Raiders reacted to the dig. He and Erik are set to face Carlito and Dominik Mysterio in a tag team match later tonight.
Outside of Liv Morgan, the success of the group is limited these days, despite Finn Balor and JD McDonagh holding the World Tag Team Championship. There's been tension between Balor and Dominik Mysterio in recent weeks, especially after "Dirty" Dom's recent singles win over Damian Priest.
In a post on X (Twitter), WWE's official account shared a graphic to promote Carlito and Dominik Mysterio vs. The War Raiders. The account also seemingly took a shot at The Judgment Day, asking fans if Carlito and Dom were the ''newest winning combo'' within the group.
"Are @Litocolon279 & @DomMysterio35 the newest winning combo within The Judgment Day?" the account posted.
Ivar reposted it and put fuel to the fire by using a wide-eyed emoji.
Notably, Erik and Ivar are the number one contenders for Finn Balor and JD McDonagh's World Tag Team Championship. The duo earned the opportunity by beating The New Day and Latino World Order in a Triple Threat tag team match on the October 28, 2024, edition of RAW.
Finn Balor teases change to The Judgment Day
In a post on Instagram, Finn Balor shared a couple of photos of himself, JD McDonagh, and Carlito with the caption, "The Judgment Day!" The Prince seemingly teased changes to the heel faction, as Dominik Mysterio, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez were not in the pictures.
There's growing tension within the group since Dominik defeated Damian Priest on RAW. "Dirty" Dom recently bragged about it in front of Balor, and the former Universal Champion didn't appreciate it. There's also a disconnect between Rodriguez and the other male members backstage.
It will interesting to see what's next for Finn Balor and Co. on Monday Night RAW.
